The project involved the energy efficiency improvement of a building housing a nursery school, including, among other interventions: internal renovation and replacement of flooring with linoleum installation, refurbishment of bathrooms, including finishes and plumbing systems, replacement of interior doors and structural adjustments, replacement of windows with high thermal and acoustic efficiency frames, installation of external insulation (thermal coat) on façades to reduce heat loss, construction of modular parapets along the perimeter of the roof terrace, and installation of radiant underfloor heating.
The project involved the energy efficiency improvement of the building housing the Bunker Classroom of the Florence Court, including, among other interventions: replacement of internal resin flooring, relamping of both interior and exterior lighting, upgrading of electrical panels, replacement of external windows with high thermal, acoustic, and security efficiency frames, refurbishment of external flooring and walkways, and installation of a safety lighting system and BMS.
The project involved the functional expansion and energy efficiency improvement of the hotel facility named Poggio del Sole. Various interventions were carried out, including: a 200 kWp photovoltaic system on canopies, construction works and installation of technological systems (lighting, FM, data, smoke detection, electrical panels, air conditioning) in the conference area, a 17,000 sqm biopark, and a water treatment system.
