Categories of personal data processed <\/h4>\n<div>NQ ITALIA S.r.l. processes the personal data you provided when signing the<br \/>\ncontract and acquired during the contractual relationship. Please note that some categories of data may not have been requested from the customer or may not have been acquired during the execution of the contract as they are not necessary for processing purposes.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>2. Data processing methods<\/div>\n<div>Your personal data will be processed by authorised internal staff<br \/>\nusing paper and electronic media. All<br \/>\nprocedures and technical measures required for the protection of personal data<br \/>\nare implemented. Electronic media also include recordings made<br \/>\nby the switchboard for purposes related to pre-contractual and<br \/>\ncontractual obligations. <\/div>\n<div>4. Retention period <\/div>\n<div>The data required for contractual and accounting purposes will be stored, in accordance with<br \/>\ncurrent legislation, by NQ ITALIA S.r.l. for a period not exceeding 10 years<br \/>\nfollowing the conclusion of the contract. The data will be processed for marketing purposes<br \/>\nuntil you withdraw your consent for its use<br \/>\nfor this purpose and in any case no later than 24 months from the date on which it was<br \/>\nexpressed. <\/div>\n<div>6.
