The certifications we have obtained represent formal recognition of our technical expertise, compliance with current regulations, and our commitment to continuous improvement. Below, we list the main certifications that demonstrate the solidity of our organization and our ability to operate in regulated environments, both public and private.

Professional Qualifications Area:

The SOA certification (Certification Bodies Companies) is a document that certifies the technical and economic-financial capabilities of a company to participate in public works tenders. It is mandatory for companies intending to participate in tenders with a base bid amount exceeding 150,000 euros. It is issued by Certification Bodies (SOA) authorized by the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC). To obtain the certification, the company must demonstrate compliance with the requirements set forth by current legislation, which concern economic capacity, provision of technical equipment, adequate average annual workforce, and technical suitability.
NQ Italia S.r.l. is certified in categories OG1, OG9, OG10, OS6, OS24, OS28, and OS30.

Authorization to carry out the activities listed under Letters A, B, C, D, E, F, and G according to Ministerial Decree 37/2008 is a mandatory requirement necessary to perform certain works in the field of plant engineering. This authorization is a certification that demonstrates possession of the skills and requirements to carry out such activities safely and in compliance with current regulations.

Installer and extraordinary maintainer of energy systems powered by renewable sources is a certificate that certifies the professional qualification required to install and maintain systems that use renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic, solar thermal, geothermal, heat pumps, and biomass plants. It is mandatory for all technicians working on these systems.

Certification issued in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 146 of 16/11/2018 and EU Regulation No. 2015/2067. This certification authorizes companies and workers to handle fluorinated gases, which are greenhouse gases used in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems, and is mandatory to perform this type of activity.

The National Register of Environmental Managers identifies entities that meet the requirements to carry out waste transportation. Only companies registered with the Register are authorized to perform waste management activities, including self-produced waste at their own production sites. NQ Italia S.r.l. is registered with the Register under Category 2-bis.

Quality, Safety, and Environment Area (HSE):

Quality management systems is the most well-known and widespread international standard that defines the requirements for an organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). This standard helps companies improve their processes and increase customer satisfaction

Environmental management systems are an international standard for environmental management systems (EMS). They help organizations establish, implement, maintain, and improve their EMS to reduce the environmental impact of their activities. It is a voluntary certification that demonstrates a company’s commitment to sustainability

Occupational health and safety management systems are an international standard for managing occupational health and safety (OH&S). The standard defines the requirements to implement and maintain an effective health and safety management system, improving company performance in health and safety and reducing the risk of occupational diseases

ENERGY AREA:

Energy Management – Energy Service Companies (ESCo) is a standard that defines the requirements for Energy Service Companies (ESCo), i.e., companies that provide energy efficiency services. This standard establishes the capabilities that an ESCo must have and the minimum requirements for the energy efficiency services it offers. The UNI CEI 11352 certification verifies that an ESCo can operate efficiently, transparently, and reliably, ensuring energy savings for its clients. The ORGANIZATION employs in-house accredited personnel as Energy Management Experts (EGE).

Energy Management System is an international standard that defines the requirements for an Energy Management System (EnMS) within an organization, with the primary objective of helping the organization continuously improve its energy performance, reducing consumption and costs.

LEGALITY AREA

It is a “recognition”, measured in stars (from 1 to 3), indicating the company’s adherence to legality. It is awarded by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) based on the assessment of ethical business conduct. NQ Italia S.r.l. has achieved a high score of ★★+.

Maintained by the Prefecture of the relevant province, this is a list of companies that, after specific checks carried out by the competent authorities upon request, were found to have no mafia infiltration. NQ Italia S.r.l. is registered on the White List of the Prefecture of Ragusa.

ETHICAL AND SOCIAL AREA:

Gender Equality Certification is a management system that helps companies implement policies and practices for gender equality, improving corporate culture and organizational performance. It is a voluntary practice that, through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs), measures and promotes gender equality in various areas such as corporate culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities and the inclusion of women, pay equity, and work-life balance.

The Synesgy ESG Evaluation is a process for assessing corporate sustainability based on the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. It uses a questionnaire to gather information on a company’s ESG performance. Synesgy provides a score and a certificate that certifies the company’s level of sustainability, along with an action plan to improve ESG performance.

AWARDS AND ACCREDITATIONS

NQ Italia S.r.l. is an active member of Sicindustria (Confindustria) and ANCE Ragusa. Our CEO, Ciro Lambro, serves as President of the IP Committee of the Sicindustria Ragusa delegation and as Vice President of the IP Committee of Sicindustria. He is also a member of CDO (Compagnia delle Opere) Sicily, and NQ Italia S.r.l. is the only Italian company accredited by AIPS (Association of Professional Security Installers). NQ Italia S.r.l. was awarded the Cassa Edile Awards 2024 Seal, a prestigious recognition for exemplary conduct in compliance with regulations and national collective agreements.
